ROD CULBERT
CEO / DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Rod brings more than 30 years of industry experience to our company from a manufacturing, steel supply, and profile cutting history. Beyond his background in management, marketing and procurement, his experience includes but is not limited to: implementing ISO 9001:2000 quality programs, lean manufacturing principles, and safety programs.

Throughout Rod’s career, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of the vast types of steel, aluminum, and specialty metals used in today’s industry. Along the way, he has served the Agriculture, Oil and Gas, Waste Management and Mining sectors.

Through a commitment to his work and a love for the industry, Rod’s reputation speaks for itself through his long-standing customer and vendor relationships.

DARREN MARTIN
COO / DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION

With his 24 years in the steel fabrication industry, Darren backs his experience with reputation. His background includes production management, process/product improvements, lean manufacturing practices, inventory management, purchasing, estimating, and quality control.

Darren’s experience includes but is not limited to tank/vessel manufacturing, ULC-listed (Underwriters Laboratories of Canada) tanks, grain hopper cones, silos, blasting/painting, and custom or structural steel fabrication.

Armed with such a broad range of knowledge and experience, Darren ensures the success of customer satisfaction with Quality Assured Manufacturing Inc.’s production, service, and Quality products.
